Discover modern office design: Celon Pharma!
Twelve conference rooms, 300-meter-large auditorium, an inner courtyard and a spacious canteen – all these are located on three floors. The Celon Pharma Research and Development Centre in Kazuń Nowy near Warsaw combines the power of the four elements in a space of 3,500 square meters. This interior, inspired by the various faces of nature, definitely enhances research creativity.
This is where numerous pills, antibiotics and vaccines come into being. This exceptional space was entrusted to architects from the KDESIGN Architecture & Brands studio. They were seeking to create a comfortable space for the employees. The underlying design concept was to create a space that would encourage not only work but also moments of relaxation. Moreover, the pandemic reality had changed the office life, so choosing the appropriate lighting played an even more key role.
Zone lighting for modern office
What is most significant is to divide the entire space into zones that can be steered depending on the weather or the number of people in a given zone. It is not necessary to illuminate the entire space if only two persons are working in the evening. In such a case, considering economic and ecological aspects, it is important to have only the work zone and communication zone well lit, while the rest does not have to be illuminated, “ says the architect Wioletta Serafin.
